Delayed and Estimated Readings

Due to recent inclement weather, please note meter readings were delayed a few days. This means you may see an increased bill due to additional days of usage before readings could be taken. Unfortunately, when meters are covered in snow and ice or access is obstructed in any way, we are not able to get actual readings. If we are not able to locate and read your meter, you will receive an estimated reading based off your previous three months usage. Your bill will state “estimate” if this applies to you. Once we can get an actual reading from your meter, the system will automatically correct the next billing to reflect the actual usage from your meter reading.
