Cycle 2 Bill Correction

| ***CORRECTED BILL***: We recently discovered a technical error that resulted in an incorrect reading date being applied to Cycle 2 billing. The Service To date was taken as 12/22 and should have been 1/3. In updating this reading date, you may see an increase in the corrected bill amount if you had additional usage from 12/22-1/3. Your 1/8/26 bill amount is now void and the corrected amount will be due by the extended due date of 1/30. New bills are being mailed on 1/14/26.
